Southwestern employees are invited to two workshops designed to support you and your family in the college process.
Employee Tuition Assistance | 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Learn about tuition benefits, including the Tuition Exchange program and Faculty/Staff Scholarship.
College Search Guidance | 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Get expert advice on college selection, applications, testing, and financial aid—open to all employees.
Can’t attend the Tuition Assistance session? Schedule a one-on-one with Financial Aid at finaid@southwestern.edu or ext. 1259.

Important Reminder for Employees with High School–Age Children:
Employees planning to participate in the Employee Tuition Assistance program must submit an application.
- If your dependent is a sophomore or junior, you must submit a Tuition Benefit application this year.
- If your child is in 9th grade, you may apply now or wait until 10th grade.
- Applications are due by September 18, 2025.
