President’s Council

Southwestern University recognizes individuals who have given $1,500 or more in each fiscal year (July 1 – June 30). Each President’s Council member is vital to the success of Southwestern and enriches the Southwestern Experience for students and faculty.

Tower Society

The Tower Society is part of the President’s Council and includes young alumni donors who have graduated within the last ten years from Southwestern University. Membership is granted to those whose annual gifts meet or exceed the following standards.

1840 Society

The 1840 Society recognizes and honors those extraordinary individuals whose estate and life income gifts will provide future support for Southwestern.

Parent Leadership Council

Members of the Parent Leadership Council (PLC) commit to an annual gift of $3,000 or more. The PLC offers parents the opportunity for meaningful engagement with University leadership throughout their student’s time on campus.

Pirate Athletic Association

Members of the Pirate Athletic Association (PAA) commit to an annual gift of $600 or more. The PAA represents a unique chance to elevate the experience of each student-athlete. Through your support, Pirate Athletics can deliver exceptional athletic experiences featuring top-tier training facilities, equipment, travel arrangements, and enhancements to coaches recruiting travel and professional development.
