Southwestern University theatre majors Connor Bustos ’26, Emma Hoover ’27, and Olivia Hynes ’27 recently participated in Magnolia Theatre’s set building internship. During the experience, they applied skills learned through their theatre courses to design and build sets for live performances. The students gained real-world experience painting and woodworking while also embracing teamwork and venturing outside of their comfort zones.
