What started as an internship opportunity at Dell Technologies has turned into a full-time job opportunity for Communication Studies major R’Yani Vaughn ’24. After earning a spot in Dell’s tech services and sales internship program in 2023, R’Yani was invited to participate as a lead intern this summer after her graduation. In the role, she mentored first-year interns, assisted with special projects and assignments, and learned more about the technical solutions available at Dell. Following two successful summers building critical skills like communication, active listening, networking, and time management, R’Yani was offered a full-time position as an Inside Product Specialist at Dell, a position that she will begin in February 2025.
