Class time is devoted primarily to communicative activities requiring consistent participation and interaction with classmates. Since this course is taught in Spain, students will be taking advantage of the study abroad setting with assignments and activities related to interactions and observations in the community, use of current periodicals, television programs, and other forms of media, and other cultural experiences.
