Nojeim had their book chapter, “The Prairie View Paradox: Age, Race, and the Evolving/Changing Landscape of Student Voting Rights at an HBCU in Texas,” published by De Gruyter in the edited volume Youth Voting Rights: Civil Rights, the Twenty-Sixth Amendment, and the Fight for American Democracy on College Campuses. The chapter examines the decades-long fight for student voting rights at Prairie View A&M University, focusing specifically on the Symm v. United States (1979) Supreme Court case.
