Thrive Campaign Already Making an Impact
The University is closing in on its $150 million Thrive Campaign goal, with $146 million secured and 10 months remaining to the deadline.

To motivate and inspire others to contribute, two donors established special challenges to help the University push past the campaign goal before the campaign deadline of June 30, 2025.
Estate Challenge: An anonymous alumni couple offered a challenge in 2024 to fellow Southwestern graduates and friends to match their $5 million commitment before the end of Thrive: The Campaign for Southwestern. To date, $2.9 million has been committed in response to the challenge. Learn more about the challenge and including Southwestern in your estate here.
Multi-Purpose Athletic Complex Challenge: Earlier this year, The Cullen Trust for Higher Education pledged $3 million to kick off fundraising efforts for a new stadium that will host future football, soccer, and lacrosse games, as well as other major University events. Moving Toward a Strong Finish
The Thrive Campaign is set to end before June 30, 2025. Every gift counts as we push to secure the final $4 million to goal!
