Once you’re registered and ready, it’s time to cast your ballot!
Early Voting
Early voting is one of the easiest ways to avoid long lines on Election Day. Williamson County typically opens multiple early voting locations, including sites convenient to the SU campus. Check the Williamson County Elections website for dates, hours, and locations during each election cycle. Also check campus notices for up-to-date information!
What to Bring
Texas requires a photo ID to vote. Acceptable forms include:
- Texas Driver License or Personal ID Card
- Texas Handgun License
- U.S. Military ID
- U.S. Passport
- Citizenship Certificate with photo
If you do not have an acceptable photo ID, you may be eligible to vote with a supporting form of ID and a Reasonable Impediment Declaration. Visit votetexas.gov for complete details.
