Voter Engagement at Southwestern University
At Southwestern University, civic engagement is part of who we are. SU Votes is a student-led, nonpartisan effort to increase voter registration, voter education, and participation in the democratic process, on campus and in our Georgetown community.
Southwestern University’s student voting rate is 87% — 18 percentage points above the national average for college campuses — tying for the top voting rate among four-year institutions nationwide.
