Student Hours

Public Hours

Public Hours for the main library.  Distinctive Collections hours differ.

Summer Public Hours, May 10 - June 27.

9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Doors lock at 4:45pm.

CLOSED to the public June 28 - August 17.

Hours will be reduced on holidays and during breaks.

Smith Library Center is open for community use. We ask all visitors to follow library signage and respect students working in the library. Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Tour groups over 25 must give the library advanced notice before touring to limit interruptions to instruction and research by Southwestern students and faculty.
