New Employee Orientation (NEO)
A comprehensive introduction for new employees to integrate seamlessly into our campus culture.

New Supervisor Training
In conjunction with NEO, this training focuses on sessions designed to equip supervisors with the tools and knowledge to lead effectively. Existing supervisors may request to join these sessions by emailing hr@southwestern.edu.
