Southwestern University offers two PPO dental plans and one DHMO plan option. The PPO High Plan has a higher annual benefit maximum, while the PPO Low Plan lets you choose an out of network provider. The DHMO Plan offers only in network services with your designated primary care dental provider (referrals required for specialist services).

*MetLife does not issue cards for PPO plans, only for the DHMO plan.
