Please note:
- There is a 4-hour minimum rental per day which includes 1 hour for preparations by Sarofim staff.
- You will be contacted within 48 business hours after submitting an email to Sally Cameron.
- If you require food at your event all food and beverage must be catered with on-campus dining facilitated by Southwestern’s dining provider, Aramark. No exceptions.
- All food is provided in the McComb’s Ballrooms. These are additional rental fees.

Alma Thomas Theater
Alma Thomas Theater is a 722-seat concert-style proscenium performance space. Perfect for lectures, dance recitals, and theatrical productions. With a concert Steinway available your concert can sound its best.
Fees
$500/hour with a four (4) continuous hour minimum. The first and last 1/2 hour of the booking is for technical needs only.

Steinway Concert Piano
Shells in ⅓,⅔ and Full

If there is a need for lighting beyond the basic in-house concert lighting a lighting designer approved by the Sarofim School of Fine Arts is required and contracted outside of the rental contract.
Caldwell-Carvey Foyer
The perfect venue for a salon concert. With adjustable seating up to 70, Caldwell-Carvey is our most flexible space. With natural light from 6 glass walls, it can be a bright venue for discussions and lectures. If slides or movies are shown, we can close the darkening curtains.
Fees
$400 for an 8-hour day, $100/hour after 8 hours.
