The Academic Mall Banner, located outside the McCombs Campus Center, offers high visibility and is a great way to promote events to students, faculty, and staff. Two banner spaces are available at a time, and reservations are required.
Reservation Guidelines
- Requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your event date to allow time for review, approval, and installation.
- Space is limited, and reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Priority may be given to Southwestern priority events.
Already Have a Banner?
If you already have a printed banner and simply need to reserve space:
- Complete the Academic Mall Banner Reservation Form.
- Once approved, submit a work order through Asset Essentials to have your banner installed.
Need a Banner Designed?
If you need a new banner created for your event:
- Submit a design request through our MarCom Intake Form at least four weeks in advance of your desired installation date.
- Once your design request is confirmed, complete the Academic Mall Banner Reservation Form.
- Submit a work order through Asset Essentials for installation once your reservation is approved.
