Kevin Dice Kevin Dice is a longtime Houston resident, entrepreneur, and community volunteer. He has built a diverse career spanning banking, oil and gas, and private enterprise. Kevin began his professional journey as a bank examiner with the State of Texas Banking Department, later advancing to executive roles at Texas Commerce Bank and Wadi Petroleum, Inc. Since 2019, he has served as president of Red Bird Ventures, Inc., an investment firm.

Committed to philanthropy and civic engagement, Kevin currently chairs the Bruce B Dice Foundation, which awards college scholarships and provides internship opportunities. He also serves on the Neurological Institute National Council at Houston Methodist Hospital. His leadership experience includes board presidencies and various church leadership roles.

Kevin graduated from Southwestern University in 1981 with a BBA in finance and a minor in economics. While at Southwestern, he was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He later completed The Management Program at Rice University. Kevin is married to Elizabeth Chiles Lipscomb, a 1984 graduate of Southwestern and a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority.
