Stephen Ressling is an attorney based in Houston representing regional and local commercial banks and other financial institutions in various types of real estate and commercial financing transactions. He has been board certified in Commercial and Residential Real Estate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1992.

He earned his Bachelor of Science from Southwestern University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston School of Law. His honors, fraternities and activities include Pi Kappa Alpha, Blue Key, Delta Theta Phi and he was a past president of the Rotary Club of Copperfield. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas (Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section), the Houston Bar Association (Real Estate Section) and the Texas College of Real Estate Attorneys.

Stephen has served on the Southwestern Board of Visitors for six years. He is an active and engaged alumni mentor and supporter of Southwestern students, providing internships and connections to many students each year.
