Belen Micklas is a recent Southwestern graduate, having earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with Paideia Distinction 2023. While at Southwestern, Ms. Micklas served as the chair of Student Philanthropy Council and as a member of the Honor Code Council and Omicron Delta Kappa. She was active as an admissions ambassador, stewardship student associate, and was a student representative for both the Commencement Speaker Committee and the Senior Mardi Gras Committee. Ms. Micklas was the director of member selection and the director of academic excellence of the Tri Delta sorority.

Ms. Micklas was actively involved in student research during her time at Southwestern, working in the psychology department with a professor. She was also heavily involved in Student Foundation and served as SING! co-chair for two years, hosting the first in person SING event after COVID-19.

Belen currently is employed at Ernst and Young as a People Advisory Services consultant.
