Here are a few things to know before you check out equipment.

-You must make a reservation for the equipment at least 2 business days prior to the desired pick up.

-A Pirate Card is required for a $50 refundable deposit.

Basketball………………….Indoor use only, men’s and women’s sizes
Football……………………..Leather, various sizes
Frisbee………………………Official Ultimate Frisbee size
Soccer ball………………….Indoor and Outdoor styles
Softball Equipment……..Gloves, balls, bats
Corn Hole Set……..Two boards and 4+4=8 bags total
Volleyball…………………..Indoor and Outdoor styles
Volleyball Net Set……….Suitable for outdoor use only
Cones/Pylons………………Orange in color, various sizes

Equipment Check Out Reservation Form

1. This is a request form only.  You will receive a confirmation email within 1 business day.  This email will indicate whether or not your reservation can be processed/confirmed.

2. All requests must be placed al least 2 business days before the requested pick up day/time in order to provide sufficient time to process your reservation and prepare the equipment.

3. Failure to complete this request form correctly/completely and/or to have adequate funds available to cover the required deposit will inhibit SIRA’s ability to process/confirm your request in a timely manner.
