Want to go camping on your own but don’t have the gear? Take advantage of the SU Outdoor Adventure Gear Checkout! It is a FREE service to all student, faculty and staff.
It is important to know a few things before checking out equipment.
1. You must make a reservation for the gear at least 3 business days prior to the desired pickup and
2. A Pirate Card is required for a $50 refundable deposit.

Equipment Check Out Request Form
Important Notes to Potential Equipment Users:
#1 - This is a request form only. You will receive a confirmation email within one business day. This email will indicate whether or not your reservation can be processed/confirmed.
#2 - All requests must be placed at least 3 business days before the requested pickup day/time in order to provide sufficient time to process your reservation and prepare the equipment.
#3 - Failure to complete this request form correctly/completely and/or to have adequate funds available to cover the required deposit will inhibit Campus Recreation’s ability to process/confirm your request in a timely manner.
