Fitness
The Department of Campus Recreation has made improvements to our Group Fitness Program. We will now be offering classes by semester, and instituting semester/annual passes which allows you to attend any class. Our sessions will now be a semester session. The Summer 2025 session will be from June 4th through July 30th.
We have also streamlined the registration process. All registration will be online using our IM Leagues platform. Please use the link below to register.

Summer 2025 Fitness Class Schedule
Zumba Workout - Wednesday at 11:30am
The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! No prior Zumba experience is necessary. Comfortable tennis/fitness shoes are recommended.
Yoga - Wednesday at 5:15pm
This yoga class will be a blend of Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Guided Meditation. These styles will involve seamless poses and movements in sync with breathing and meditation. This yoga class is great for relaxation, meditation and alignment. Great for all levels, come join!
