How to Submit

King Creativity Fund Proposals will be submitted through a Google form. The link to the form can also be found in the Call for Proposals.

Deadlines, Timeline, and Final Reports

Application Deadline: The deadline for academic year 25-26 proposals is Monday, 15 September 2025. King Scholars will be notified shortly thereafter.

 

Project Timeline: Projects may be conducted at any time following the notification of receipt of the award. Funds must be spent no later than March 31, 2026.

 

Symposium Presentation: Participation in the annual King Creativity Symposium and banquet is a mandatory part of the program. All King Scholars must present the results of their work at an annual symposium and dinner to be held in Spring 2026 (likely March). King Scholars are required to submit a project summary by 1 February 2026 for inclusion in the Symposium program.
