Ticket Policy

All Sales are final.  There are no refunds or exchanges for single-ticket purchases.

For theatre season ticket holders, you may exchange tickets within the same production up to 48 hours of the curtain with the availability of tickets. Differences in prices may apply and must be collected and the time of exchange.  Changes must happen in person or by phone 512-863-1378 during normal box office hours

If you care to make a donation of your tickets to the university, please do so at least 24 hours in advance by contacting boxoffice@southwestern.edu

No tickets are mailed. Please pick up tickets at the Mathers Box Office before the day of the event or at Will Call on the day of. You may bring your emailed receipt to pick up your ticket, but the emailed receipt is not an electronic ticket. Tickets are available for pick up any time the box office is open and beginning one hour before showtime.
