Join LatinXcel and Pirate Pantry for a hands-on cooking workshop in honor of Hispanic & Latine Heritage Month! Learn how to transform Pirate Pantry ingredients into delicious cultural dishes, including Salvadoran pupusas, Caribbean-style tostones, Central American arroz pinto, Mexican guacamole, and more. All recipes are easy to make in a first-year dorm kitchen, so come ready to learn, cook, and celebrate!

LatinXcel and Captain’s Academy will take a select group of members to watch Austin FC kick off their 2026 MLS regular season at home against Minnesota United FC on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. CT at Q2 Stadium.
