I’m a therapist who works from a person-centered lens. I would describe my style as warm and thoughtful, and I bring a mix of humor and empathy to my work. I love helping people make sense of life’s ups and downs and find meaning in their experiences. I really value the role cultural identity plays in our lives and the challenges that can come with it. I show up to each session with curiosity and care, holding space for every part of your story, even the ones that feel tough, stuck, or still unfolding.

Outside of sessions, I’m usually spending time with my two dogs, hiking trails, or checking out a new coffee shop or restaurant around Austin.
