Dr. McNally is a psychologist who has devoted her career to supporting college students. Her education took her coast to coast—from undergrad at Pepperdine University to Oklahoma State University for her PhD, and finally to Clemson for Internship.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that each client is the expert of their own life. She especially enjoys working with students who are neurodivergent or navigating grief, loss, or life transitions, and strives to create a space where they feel heard and supported.

Outside the office, Dr. McNally is married and a proud mom of two. She never passes up a chance to dress up, and when she’s not driving her kids around, she’s usually knee-deep in a DIY home project or surrounded by craft supplies and her sewing machine.
