After graduating from Southwestern University in 1999 with a B.A. in biology, Kristin Starodub began forging a wide-ranging career as an analyst and consultant. Now a principal in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, she is at the forefront of human capital transformation, helping global organizations design next-generation HR strategies, implement digital and AI-enabled workforce solutions, and create human-centered cultures that enable people to thrive. Her work spans industries from energy, technology, and government to consumer products and financial services, and she is a sought-after voice on organizational design and the future of work. Starodub also contributes her expertise through community leadership, including service on the Southwestern University Board of Trustees and the Posse Foundation’s Leadership Council. An energetic mentor and an advocate for the liberal arts, she frequently returns to campus to speak, judge business capstone projects, and support underrepresented students exploring careers in consulting.
