We want to share with you a message that went out earlier today to your student with additional information about the upcoming Grad Fair.

We know how busy this time of year can be, so the Grad Fair is set up to be a one-stop-shop for all of your Commencement needs. Stop by the Academic Mall anytime from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24 and take care of several items on your Graduation Checklist, including:

• Rent your cap and gown
• Order your Southwestern class ring
• Purchase your graduation announcements
• Get your last-minute questions answered by the Registrar’s Office
• Learn how and when to migrate your @southwestern.edu email and Google apps to your preferred email account
• Discover ways to “Be Southwestern” as an alumnus/a and stay connected
• Make your senior gift

Note: Vendors will take payment when you place your order.

The Ultimate Grad Giveaway

The Ultimate Grad Giveaway winner will be announced the morning of February 24 prior to the Grad Fair. Every senior is automatically entered to win this giveaway but if you have not made your gift yet, you can receive one additional entry by making your senior gift by February 23. Remember you can give to any area(s) of campus that you love, such as your academic departments, student organizations, athletic teams, Pirate Pantry, the Southwestern Emergency Fund and endless other areas. Give to what matters most to you!
