Welcome to Georgetown, Home of Southwestern University
We are excited to invite you to participate in Southwestern University’s Second Annual Community Partner Fair, an opportunity to connect passions, knowledge and contributions to our local communities.
Stop by anytime between 11:30–1:00 p.m. It’s a come-and-go event!
Who’s invited: All students, faculty, and staff.
Dress code: No need to dress up — come as you are!
This event will provide:
- Opportunities to connect with local organization leaders and learn about the community needs and challenges they address.
- A space to learn more about the different paths to public engagement.
- Inspiration for collaboration on research, projects, and class opportunities.
- Time to explore how your academic work connects to real-world issues
- A space to share your ideas and passions for social justice with other organizations that might be able to work with you to take action.
- Connections for your student organization to a local community group.
