New International Student Arrival and Residence Hall Check-In (pre-registration required).
Arrival Survey
Southwestern offers a variety of services to international students to assist with your arrival to campus including Airport Pick Up, Visit to the Cell Phone Store, the Bank and Shopping (at Target).
Please complete this Arrival Survey to let us know when and how you plan to arrive to Southwestern University and what services you will need. You may update this information by July 13th with your flight information.
Plane Arrival & Airport PickUp Services
Plan to arrive on Thursday, August 13, 2026 before 5:00pm at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). We are happy to provide transportation from the Austin, TX (AUS) airport to the Southwestern University campus (for students only, not family members).
Driving to Campus: Follow Driving directions to campus (from University Ave, turn on Maple Street, turn right into the parking lot). Arrive at the Wilhelmina Cullen Center between 3:00-5:00pm.
