Prepare to Lead the Crew!
Calling all REGISTERED student organization presidents, vice presidents, treasurers, secretaries, and key officers! This mandatory meeting is your essential kickoff to a successful semester at Southwestern University. Whether you’re a seasoned leader or stepping into your role for the first time, this session will equip you with the tools, expectations, and resources you need to guide your organization with confidence.
We’ll cover important policies, event planning guidelines, funding procedures, risk management, and campus engagement strategies. Officers will also have the chance to connect with campus staff, ask questions, and meet fellow leaders across campus.
During this meeting, officers will:
