Southwestern University is proud to host the 2026 Annual Conference of The Association for the Study of Play (TASP)—the premier international academic organization dedicated to the interdisciplinary study of play. This event brings together researchers, educators, and practitioners from around the world to explore the many dimensions of play across cultures, disciplines, and age groups.
This year’s gathering at Southwestern will continue that tradition with a rich lineup of keynote speakers, panel discussions, research presentations, and interactive sessions that examine both the theoretical frameworks and real-world applications of play.
