Lessons That Last: How SU Skills Lead to Career Win.
Debika’s research examines how technological innovations influence marketing strategy. Her work has been published in several peer-reviewed marketing and business journals, including the Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice, Journal of Research in Interactive Marketing, and the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science. At Southwestern University, Debika teaches a range of business courses, including digital marketing and a capstone seminar centered on innovation in business. In this discussion, she will explore how technological, environmental, and social shifts are reshaping the business landscape and how Southwestern’s curriculum fosters the critical thinking and communication skills students need to adapt and thrive in this evolving environment.
