Southwestern University welcomes respected scholar and current New Yorker magazine poetry editor Kevin Young as the guest speaker at the 2023 Roy and Margaret Shilling Lecture. The title of his talk is “The History of Poetry & The Poetry of History.”
Alma Thomas Theater, October 13, 2023, 5:00 p.m.
Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. The lecture will begin at 5:00 p.m. Seating is limited, and tickets are required.
A reception and book signing will follow the lecture.
