Pirate Buc$ is a discretionary spending program. Under the program, anyone with a University ID card (Pirate Card) is able to purchase goods and services at participating stores. Pirate Buc$ can be used for laundry on campus, at the Cove, or even off campus. Some local business including Taco Cabana, Which Which, Chipotle, Cianfrani’s, and Mel’s Lone Star Lanes accept Pirate Buc$.
Indeed there is! We have a secure network so laptops and wireless devices need to be specially configured. In the Residence Halls, wireless service is provided by Apogee and must be configured separately.

Health Services provides comprehensive and confidential health care for all enrolled students. The SU nurses are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for walk-ins. Two physicians and two physician assistants are available weekly by appointment.

The Cove is a great place for you to stop in and grab a ready-made salad, parfait, fruit cup, or delicious sandwich. Not hungry? Then just stop by and grab a quick bottle of soda or a cup of tea.
During the school year, the Cove is open Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 2 a.m. and Saturday/Sunday 7 p.m. - 2 a.m. Learn more on the Pirate Dining website
There are computer labs on campus equipped with Macs & PCs, as well as several locations that feature high speed laser printers. For more information and locations, visit the IT website.
The Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI) Center is an open space for students to explore issues of diversity and social justice, as well as connect with student leaders and initiatives. The Center, located on the 3rd floor of the McCombs Campus Center, serves as a gathering place for students and provides diversity resources for the campus community.
