The quality enhancement plan (QEP) is a five-year, major effort to improve an area of student learning at Southwestern University. Every college and university in the southern region of the United States must develop a QEP as part of the decennial reaffirmation process of accreditation. The QEP is an opportunity to work on what we do best — teaching and learning in a rich liberal arts environment.

Five QEP topics were developed into 5-page pre-proposals, we received input from the Southwestern Community to help select our final QEP topic.
