Student-Success Software
New student case management software is used to support our proactive advising approach
A new, integrated case management software system (Navigate 360) provides standard advising tools related to the curriculum and permits notes from advising meetings and insights from different offices/departments on campus. These notes can now be saved in a student’s online record. The tool can also be used to communicate with students and other offices in relation to specific cases. This allows advisors the ability to gain a more holistic perspective about a student’s experiences at Southwestern. Training for this software continues to be provided for all campus members with specific features related to advising highlighted in faculty/staff advising training sessions.
