About the Campus Post Office

The Campus Post Office is located on the third floor of the McCombs Campus Center. The service window is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. for students to pick up packages, mail packages, and purchase stamps and envelopes. The post office accepts cash and Pirate Buc$ only. Student mailboxes are accessible anytime the McCombs Campus Center is open.

Each student’s school address includes an SU box number that is essential in order to ensure timely delivery of mail. Students are sent an email when a package arrives and must present their Pirate Card at the service information desk for package pick-up. All mail and packages should be addressed as follows:

Amazon Lockers on Campus

Southwestern University now offers Amazon Lockers on campus for convenient, secure package pickup. Located in front of the Robertson Center, the lockers make it easy to retrieve your Amazon orders at your convenience—no need to wait in line.

When placing an order through Amazon, students, parents, and families can choose to have packages delivered directly to the lockers.

To select the campus lockers as your delivery location, search for:

Note: If you choose to have Amazon packages delivered to your SU mailbox instead of the lockers, Amazon recommends adding the Mail Services hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., closed on weekends) to your Amazon account to help avoid delivery issues.
