At Southwestern, our Paideia approach to education enables you to bridge your academic coursework to campus life as well as to broader social issues. High-impact learning experiences, including internships, civic engagement, study abroad, and faculty–student collaborative research, will help you broaden and deepen your perspective. And through our Mosaic model of holistic personal development, we can help you reflect on your experiences and discover how to best articulate their value to others, including graduate admissions committees and employers.
