Facilities Management spent the summer working overtime scouting and creating new classroom spaces, such as in the Walzel Courts in the Corbin J. Robertson Center, to ensure students could continue learning while maintaining physical distancing. By August, signs reminding community members to adhere to the Pirate Pledge, Southwestern ' s safety compact, dotted campus.
